The past two summers I have featured university-based journals with editors who read in these quiet months, and provide links to work in recent issues. I’m sharing one: Reed Magazine, at San Jose State, California’s oldest literary journal. I’m pairing it with The Los Angeles Review. Both are annuals. But their typefaces are the size of sugar ants.
